African Queen

This 1:12 scale kit features a pre-molded ABS plastic hull combined with laser-cut wood strips/parts for the deck and superstructure. The kit features a hull of ABS Plastic with laser cut wood parts, planking, and complete fittings including a steam engine (non working) in metal, brass, wood and plastic. Fittings include hull and deck fittings in wood, brass and/or plastic, a ramin mast, rigging cord, propshaft, rudder and propeller. The box includes full size plan sheets and an instruction manual. The kit as sold includes the plastic hull, laser cut wooden strips, stern tube with shaft, rudder, and a fittings set along with the plan and manual. The model can optionally be motorized for radio control, though RC components are not included in the box.
