This Amati kit (ref. B1413) is a plank-on-bulkhead build featuring laser-cut keel, frames and decks, with wooden strips for planking and decking over the bulkhead formers. The box includes two instruction booklets and two construction plans, wood and metal accessories/fittings, rigging thread, printed cloth sails, and adhesive flags, with decorations and windows printed on special paper. Several retailers note the hull uses double-planking with an outer layer of fine hardwood, and the kit is rated for intermediate-level builders.
